Yard Sale Finds !!

It has been a while since I last posted on this blog. I have been busy lately.

Today, I want to post my finds at yard sales this past weekend. I had some great finds...at least I think so!!

I read this ad which said " getting rid of my ex-wife's stuff " at first ... I was skeptical about but when we got there I was surprised to see all the stuff they had for sale. They were selling everything in the entire house ( literally ) I thought he just wanted to get rid of the old clothes or something that I wouldn't even want.

I got these votive candle holders made by Yankee Candle for $2 they are still in a good condition.

Four ice cream or dessert bowl for $2. I searched online and they sell at Amazon $9.99/4. So, I made a good deal with them.

 

I have been wanting to buy a rolling pin for a while and keep postponing it because I didn't want to pay the price. I feel so cheap to pay that much money for a rolling pin. So, I got this one for $1 and it was still new. The lady paid it for  $7.95 I think a while back.

 

 

This picnic basket just to cute to pass up. Summer is here and I can use it for a nice picnic in the local park. I paid $1 for it.

 

 

 

I was happy with what I found with this trip. Moral of the trip never underestimate the title of the ad! you never know you may find the diamond in the mud :)
