So, part of visited NY was doing my aunt kitchen chairs. We had such a great time talking and catching up with life and family. We did this project for almost the whole day that Friday. Don't you just love spending time and doing things together with the people you love. My aunt is kind like a mother to me. She doesn't have any children and my Mom already passed.
My aunt is just like me. She is very frugal when it comes to buy things but when it come to help people in need she is very generous. So, she didn't buy any fabric for this project. She had this old bed spread that my uncle bought long time ago in India. The pattern and the texture actually perfect to cover the chairs.
We both love the end result. She was so happy with it. I was glad that I can do something for her. I cant take all the credit for this project. My husband was helping with the measurement. Because he is good at math and very neat :)

The chairs look awesome. I like that you picked a new fabric that had a sort of funky vibe to it! I'd love it if you would share your project on my new link party, DIY:Done! at FlyingC-DIY.com. The party is open through Sunday, and every weekend. Hope to see you there!
